Overwhelming at times

I am a couple of hundred pages into Ulysses but still have many chapters to read if I am am to finish the book by Groundhog Day which is the goal of this challenge but for every page I read, I often find myself rereading or repeating a page as it can be difficult to read and follow while on public transport. There is so much dense text with references in different languages and I wonder sometimes if I should have bought a book with lots of references.

However you find yourself getting through Ulysses, there are online references, audiobooks and reading groups but in hindsight I think it would have been easier to finish Ulysses if I hadn't started an online challenge for others to join in and share their experiences and selfies with their own copy of the book.
